Abstract:
- The project is a global financial center that includes a group of different functional parts (administrative part, financial part, commercial part educational and recreational), where the project aims to be a central area in the heart of Cairo to create a huge global financial complex that includes a wide range of business of various fields.
Aims:
- The project aims to serve the needs of Badr City in Cairo by creating an investment complex that serves the industrial zone located in the city.
- Creating a financial headquarter in the city in order to serves the new administrative capital and creating an iconic project for this area, that serves the city and neighborhoods.
- Applying needed facilities to initiate and upgrade projects in order to motivate youth and encourage the economical movement.
Concept:
- The project aims to fill the gap between the huge intrepreneurs and the youth by providing a spaces for their interaction and communication.
- The sharp, straight landscape lines running from the containers "Youth Zone" expresses the running and striving of the youth between giant intities symboled in " the stock market and the huge administartive headquarters".
